Welcome to ARIvidya. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ARIvidya website, mobile application, educational resources, courses, digital study materials, mentorship services and other products or services offered through our platform.

1. About ARIvidya
ARIvidya is an educational platform providing UPSC, PCS and other competitive-examination-oriented educational content, including study materials, current affairs, courses, answer-writing support, mentorship and related digital resources.

2. Eligibility

4. Course and Mentorship Access
Access to a course or mentorship programme is generally personal to the purchaser and may be subject to the validity period specified at the time of purchase.
ARIvidya may modify the schedule, structure, content, mentors, resources or delivery method of a programme when reasonably necessary.
Mentorship and educational guidance are intended to support the learner’s preparation. ARIvidya does not guarantee selection, examination qualification, rank, marks or employment.
5. Payment
All prices displayed on ARIvidya are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available on the platform.
A product or service will generally be considered purchased only after successful confirmation of payment.
If a payment is deducted but the order is not successfully confirmed, the matter will be handled according to the applicable payment gateway or bank processing procedure and ARIvidya’s support process.
6. Refund and Cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Before purchasing a digital product, course or mentorship programme, users should carefully review the product description, access period, features and applicable refund conditions.
Because many ARIvidya products are digital and may become accessible immediately after purchase, eligibility for cancellation or refund may be subject to the applicable refund policy and the nature of the product or service.
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content published or provided by ARIvidya, including but not limited to text, articles, PDFs, notes, infographics, images, videos, courses, questions, test materials, study plans, logos, branding, website and application design, is protected by applicable intellectual-property and copyright laws unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing or accessing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright of that material to the purchaser.
8. Prohibited Use and Sharing
Users must not, without prior written permission from ARIvidya:
- Copy or reproduce paid content.
- Share purchased PDFs publicly.
- Upload ARIvidya material to Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Drive or other platforms.
- Resell or commercially distribute our content.
- Record or redistribute paid classes or sessions where prohibited.
- Share paid account credentials.
- Remove copyright notices or branding.
- Claim ARIvidya’s content as their own.
- Use our content for commercial purposes without permission.
ARIvidya reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where there is evidence of unauthorized sharing, redistribution or misuse.
9. User-Generated Content
Where users submit answers, comments, feedback, questions or other material, they remain responsible for the content they submit.
Users must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, misleading or infringes the rights of another person.
ARIvidya reserves the right to remove inappropriate content where reasonably necessary.

ARIvidya provides educational content and guidance for preparation purposes.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accuracy and quality, examination-related information, current affairs, laws, policies, dates, notifications and other information may change.
Users should verify important information through relevant official sources wherever appropriate.
ARIvidya does not guarantee any particular examination result, rank, marks, selection or career outcome.

ARIvidya may use third-party services such as payment gateways, hosting providers, analytics services, communication platforms and other technology providers.
Use of such third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
ARIvidya is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by third-party services beyond its reasonable control.
12. Website and Application Availability
We aim to keep ARIvidya services available and functional, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, server issues, internet or network problems, security incidents, third-party service failures or events beyond our reasonable control.
